$80-$95K base plus commission; no cap on commission!

Get in on the ground floor of an initial sales team. If you know anything about selling core business applications for a high growth software company, you know that the first sales directors hired always have an extremely high earning potential. Sales directors are given the opportunity to directly influence future product direction and play a critical role in developing marketing and public relations initiatives. Sales territories are the Midwest and East coast regions with heavy concentrations in Chicago and New York. Account Executives carry a quota and have unlimited upside potential. Management of direct reports is a potential career growth path.

Responsibilities:
-Identification, qualification and acquisition of new accounts.
-Develop relationships from a cold call or networking activity and at all levels within an organization.
-Ability to effectively demonstrate the software platform is required.
-Excellent ability to communicate at all levels within an organization required.
-Assist with the successful seamless transition of clients from sales to deployment/support team.

Qualifications:
-Must have large number of relationships/contacts directly in Equity, Futures, and Options proprietary trading firms, institutional/retail brokerages, clearing firms, or exchanges/ECNs.
-Experience working for an early stage application company is desired.
-Must be self-motivated and enthusiastic regarding the challenges of a young firm and dynamic environment.
-Interest in contributing and shaping the architecture of sales tools and processes.
-Proven documented experience in delivering quota and selling software to Equity, Futures, and Options proprietary trading firms, institutional/retail brokerages, clearing firms, or exchanges/ECNs is required.
-Knowledge of middle and back office securities processes a plus.
-Must be skilled and experienced in handling all phases of a complex sales cycle from initial prospecting, to opportunity development, product demonstration, contract confirmation and post sales transition
